Sculpture
Our sculptures are crafted using traditional methods, following a meticulous 6-step process:
Step 1 - A skilled clay modeling artist prepares a clay model of the design.
Step 2 - Molds are created on the clay model's surface using Plaster of Paris (POP) or Fiberglass (FRP).
Step 3 - A temporary POP or fiberglass sculpture is developed.
Step 4 - This temporary sculpture is used in sand casting to create a hollow sand cast mold.
Step 5 - Liquid metal is poured into the sand cast mold, solidifying as it cools.
Step 6 - The solid cast pieces are welded together, and the final sculpture takes shape with intricate finishing details applied by hand tools.
