Our sculptures are made with traditional method which follows a 6-step process –

Step 1 - clay model of the design is prepared by clay modelling artist.
Step 2 - moulds are made on the surface of clay model using Plaster of Paris POP or Fibre Glass FRP.
Step 3 - it involves developing a temporary POP or fibre glass sculpture.
Step 4 - this temporary sculpture is used in sand casting to get a hollow sand cast mould.
Step 5 - in the sand cast mould liquid metal is poured which becomes a solid piece after cooling.
Step 6 - all the solid pieces which were casted are welded together and the final sculpture starts
taking its form with finishing details which are done by hand tools.
