The Heritage Artifacts sources its products directly from artisans based in various parts of the country or from local suppliers rooted in those regions. We maintain a curated inventory of each product, allowing us to fulfill orders promptly. Our approach focuses on showcasing a diverse range of handicrafts rather than bulk stock of any single item.

However, we're always prepared to accommodate larger quantities based on your preferences for any of our products. Additionally, we offer customization services to bring your unique design visions to life, supplying the required quantity to meet your needs.

Please note that we require a 50% deposit for all custom-made orders.

This deposit becomes non-refundable if you cancel your order after confirmation.

As all our products are handcrafted, each piece is unique, with slight variations in color and shape possible. We welcome requests for modifications to the product, but ask that you describe your wishes in detail before we begin production.

Many of our artisans work from home in remote locations, which may occasionally result in shipping delays beyond our control.

We will share photos of the finished product and its packaging before shipping.
