The Heritage Artifacts sources its products directly from the artisans based in different parts of the country or from local suppliers who are based in those areas. We keep a nominal quantity of each product in stock so that once ordered, we can despatch it to our customers on time. We do not hold bulk inventory of any product.

However, we are always ready to supply bigger quantities based on your preference about any of our product or products. We can also customize any design of your choice & supply you the required quantity.

There is a 50% deposit for every custom-made order.

It is non-refundable if you cancel your order after confirmation.

Since all our products are handmade so each piece will be unique and slight variation in color and shape might be there. Changes to the product are possible, but please describe your wishes as detailed as possible before we start production.

Many of our artisans work from home in remote places, so there can be shipping delays beyond our control.

Photos of the finished product along with packaging will be shared before shipping.
